- The website and Digital Bull-created content transfer only when the agreed contract is completed and all sums due are paid
- If the agreement ends early, those materials do not transfer and Digital Bull hosting may be suspended or ended under the agreement
- Everything agreed in a plain-English service agreement before any work starts
