A typical rebuild takes four to six weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on how quickly content comes together. Website strategy reviews are delivered within a week, and fixes usually within two.

Start with the £149 website strategy review. It tells you exactly what's wrong and what order to fix it in — and you can work through the list at whatever pace your budget allows. Sometimes a few fixes beat a full rebuild. And if it really is a new site you need, there's more than one way to pay for it — including options that don't need the whole cost upfront.

Yes. There's more than one way to pay for a rebuild — own it outright, or choose a monthly arrangement with hosting and care built in. The fixed price, payment schedule, ownership point and cancellation terms are set out in a plain-English service agreement before any work starts. Your domain and anything you supplied remain yours. The website code, design and any content created by Digital Bull transfer only when the agreed contract is completed and all sums due are paid. If a monthly arrangement ends early, those materials do not transfer and hosting may be suspended or ended in line with the agreement.

The ownership and cancellation terms are agreed clearly in writing before work begins.

No — and we'd be careful with anyone who says they can. Nobody controls Google. SEO work removes what's holding a site back and gives it a fair fight; it can't buy a finishing position. What we promise instead is the work itself: real problems found, fixes made properly, and a before-and-after report showing exactly what was done and what the numbers did. If someone cold-calls promising you page one, that's your cue to hang up.

Yes. Some clients want to launch next month; others need to fit the project around a busy season. We agree a timeline up front that fits your business, not our calendar — and if life gets in the way partway through, we talk and reset it together rather than letting things quietly drift.

Launch is the start, not the finish. A rebuild can include hosting and care while you settle in, and standalone care for an existing website built elsewhere starts from £49/month. The term, cancellation arrangements, ownership point and options for moving the website are agreed clearly before the service starts. These can differ where hosting and care form part of a special build arrangement.

Just ask. Bookings, online shops, member areas and other custom work are all quoted individually — with the same rule as everything else: a fixed price agreed before work starts.
